This November 21st–23rd, we’re heading down to the edge of the world for a weekend of music, connection, and sea air.

We’re taking over Goleen Harbour, a carbon-neutral eco-reserve on the edge of West Cork — a rare and remarkable place that feels completely off-grid, tucked between cliffs, coves, and wild Atlantic views. It’s an oasis of calm where you can swim straight from the rocks, unwind in wood-fired saunas and hot tubs, stretch out for morning yoga, and eat well from local food vendors.

Music will flow from noon until very, very late each night, played through a fully analog sound system tuned for warmth, depth, and soul. It’s about great records and the kind of atmosphere that builds naturally when people come together in the right place. We’ve gathered friends and selectors from across Ireland and beyond.

Specter (Sound Signature / Chicago) — a cornerstone of Chicago’s deep-house underground and a long-time member of Theo Parrish’s Sound Signature family. Specter’s ambience-driven, organic touch exudes an infectious groove that is deeply soulful, sensual, earthy, warm, and nocturnal, with a good measure of sublime disco, acid house, jazzy inflections, and pure funk.

The Mighty Zaf (BBE / London) — owner of the legendary Love Vinyl record store in London and one of the UK’s most respected diggers. A veteran of 40 years behind the decks, Zaf’s deep knowledge of disco, soul, and boogie is matched by an instinct for the dancefloor that has shaped countless collections and inspired DJs around the world.

Andrea Passenger (Light Touches / Dora Exp / Turin) — a Turin-based DJ, producer, and label curator with a deep history in Italy’s underground scene. Through his projects Dora Exp and Icon of Desire, he blends soulful electronics with classic Italo warmth, bridging scenes and generations with effortless taste.

Frawl (Sound Signature / Limerick) — founder of the Backwards night, promoter, and DJ of over 26 years. He’s released on BBE, Lumberjacks In Hell, and has shared stages with reggae greats like Horace Andy, Mad Professor, and Lee Scratch Perry. He’s turned audiences upside down at Kit Kat Club, North Sea Jazz, and Cork Jazz Festival, and gone back-to-back with MCDE, Alton Miller, Scott Grooves, prosumer and others.

Shane Breen (VCR / Skibbereen) — originally from West Cork and one of Rory’s best mates. Shane recently returned from Vancouver, released his own productions with Vision Collective before pouring his all into Ár n-Áit, a cultural space and coffee shop dedicated to the propagation of art and creativity for the locals of Skibbereen.

There’ll be record stalls for the diggers, plenty of space to wander and talk, and fires to gather around when night falls.

It’s a small gathering — just 150 people max — an easy-going party with good people, sound, and food for the friends, the heads, and anyone who wants to experience the wild beauty of West Cork.

Bring a towel, a warm jacket, and maybe a record to trade. There’ll be record dealers, sea swims, saunas, hot tubs, food vendors, and campfires.

If you’ve been craving a pre-Christmas dance, or just need a weekend of freedom in nature with good sound, this might be the one.
