A Signature River Experience with Chef Keith & Carmel Boyle for Waterford Harvest Festival
This September, enjoy one of the most elegant events of the Waterford Harvest Festival as Chef Keith Boyle and his wife Carmel invite you aboard for a unique afternoon of flavour and gentle river cruising.
In collaboration with Andy from Osprey Viking Cruises, the Harvest Tea Cruise offers guests the rare opportunity to experience Chef Boyle’s signature afternoon tea while sailing the River Suir from Waterford Marina towards the tranquil surrounds of Waterford Castle.
Aboard the beautifully appointed Osprey, guests will be treated to a refined selection of delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones, handmade pastries, and exquisite sweet creations — all showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients, presented with the finesse and attention to detail Chef Boyle is known for.
With Keith and Carmel Boyle hosting each sailing, the experience is as warm and personal as it is elegant — the perfect way to savour the season and celebrate Waterford’s rich food culture.
