Cahir Social & Historical Society are very excited to host John Creedon, who will deliver a presentation on Irish place names at The Great Hall, Cahir Castle on 30th March 2025. John hails from Cork and is a very well-known RTÉ presenter. John studied Regional Studies in UCC, and his love of Irish folklore and culture has seen him take to the roads of Ireland to present Creedon's Wild Atlantic Way, Creedon's Epic East, Creedon's Shannon and Creedon's Atlas of Ireland.

So join us in The Great Hall of Cahir Castle on 30th March at 8pm for what promises to be a wondrous journey about Irish place names with John Creedon.
