From gentle yoga to breathwork, creative workshops, Zumba and more — the day will offer a mix of activities designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the landscape around you. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a curious beginner, or simply seeking a little calm before the madness of the Devil's Bit Music Festival begins, there’ll be something for everyone.
