One of Ireland's leading folk singers, this will be Muireann's first performance in Cahir.  A native of Co. Kerry, she was lead singer with Dánú for several years.  In tandem with Muireann's successful solo singing career, she has also presented several music programmes on TG4 and RTÉ 1.   Muireann will be accompanied by Dónal O'Connor on keyboard and fiddle, in the Great Hall.
