Marie Morrissey of Happy Yogi will mindfully travel around the park and along the river Suir with stops to breathe deeply, stretch and see the world with new eyes! T
his relaxing morning will include mindfulness techniques, guided meditation, yoga adventure, fun breathing exercises & creativity games + a FREE book on local biodiversity by photographer and nature enthusiast Neil Halligan.

Mary Morrissey is an accredited mindfulness teacher & coach, a creative mindfulness practitioner for children and teens, a yoga teacher for all ages, an energy healer, a nurse, a mother and a lover of nature She will be accompanied by Neil Halligan who will introduce some of the wonderful biodiversity in Clonmel and he will have a copy of his new book "out and about in nature Tipperary" FREE for each participating family.
